NZ Radiators is a kiwi-owned specialist supplier that solely supplies to the radiator repair trade. We check materials/workmanship of assemblies and other parts to ensure that the quality and specifications meet standards, giving us the best possible chance to endure and exceeding expected service life for these parts.
As well as meeting defined trade standards, we understand that our customers need to be competitive to stay in business. Our principle is that we will treat others fairly and we also expect fair and reasonable behaviour. By supplying the highest quality we can at each quality/price point and giving you the best deal, if you are successful then so are we. We want all our clients to have satisfied customers, make a decent living and return for their efforts. If there is a problem, give us a call, our promise is to try to help wherever we can.
As well as complying with NZ law and regulations over fair trading, our warranty policy is to match trade standards. We will make all attempts to be reasonable in how we evaluate any performance issues of products we supply. We will not take responsibility where there is clear evidence that pre-checks, flushing, correct coolants and standard trade checks for stray current, etc have not been fairly dealt with by our customers or their customers.
We don’t cover Consequential Loss or risks that resulted from Force Majeure/Acts of God.
Issues with assembly performance or vehicle cooling systems are normally
revealed soon after fitment or within 12 months of installation. When any product problems are identified we need our customers to return the assembly after examining and taking notes of the indicated problems themselves. Please do not make commitments to your customers on the outcome of investigations until we have completed our technical evaluation and tests. We also recommend photos are taken e.g. on your smartphone and sent to us in advance which allows us to consider if we can send a replacement overnight so vehicles can be back into service as soon as possible.
NZR Warranty Policy
NZ Radiators seeks to build successful relationships with the repairer network and all customers of our products, with the core belief that if our customers are successful so are we and we seek to be the market leader in New Zealand for the supply of radiators. To this end it is essential that our warranty provides our customers with confidence to purchase and to on sell our product, knowing that it is of high quality but if it there is an issue they and their customers are protected.
Warranty
• Cryomax standard – 1 Year or 40000km.
• All other brands – 12 Months or 20000km.
• Off road, racing and modified vehicles – three months, parts warranty only.
If the registration of the vehicle is supplied at point of sale an additional 6 months and 10000km will be added to the warranty, off road, racing and modified vehicles excluded.
To ensure the warranty on the product sold and or fitted is valid the following must be adhered to:
• Cooling system inspected and found to be in good working condition.
• Cooling system checked for stray currents.
• Cooling system flushed.
• New antifreeze used, not mixed and correct type used as per manufactures recommendations.
• 12 month antifreeze change from date of install.
• All commercial vehicles must supply rego/millage when ordering parts.
In the event that the above terms are not adhered to, any warranty assistance will be considered at the sole discretion of NZ Radiators Ltd.
